Tasting Notes:Rich and full-bodied, this Shiraz offers cooked black fruit flavours of blackberry and plum, layered with dark chocolate, coffee, licorice, pepper, and spice. Velvety tannins and concentrated fruit create a bold, luxurious wine with a long, satisfying finish.
Region & Winemaking:Barossa, located about 70 km northeast of Adelaide, is one of Australia’s most celebrated wine regions, with a winemaking history dating back to the 1840s. Home to some of the world’s oldest Shiraz vines, the region’s Mediterranean climate — hot, dry days with cool nights — produces grapes with ripe tannins and highly concentrated fruit flavours, characteristic of Barossa Shiraz.
