If you don’t, we’ll replace it with a kit of equal value or refund your money.

If We Make Your Wine (In-Store)

  • If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll happily make another batch of similar value or refund your money.

  • To qualify, please contact us within six months of bottling.

  • Bring an unopened bottle so we can determine whether there’s a fault or if it’s simply not your taste profile.

  • Please ensure your wine is bottled promptly once it’s ready — delays can affect quality and may limit our ability to replace it.

  • If it’s not to your taste, we ask that you return at least 24 bottles. We’ll also provide corks, labels, shrinks, or bags as needed.

  • Please note: We cannot replace wine that has been discarded or consumed before you contact us.

If You Make Your Wine at Home

  • If you’re not happy with the wine you’ve made, we’ll replace your kit with one of equal value or refund your money.

  • Please contact us within six months of bottling.

  • Bring an unopened bottle to the store for evaluation. If it’s not to your taste, return at least 24 bottles, and we’ll replace the kit.

  • Include the code from the top of the wine box (either the full box top or the peel-off label).

  • Any processing notes about your winemaking procedure are also helpful.

  • Please note: We cannot replace wine that has been discarded or consumed before contacting us.

A Note About Wine Quality

  • Bottle Shock (Bottle Sickness): Occasionally, wine may taste thin or flat for several days after bottling. This usually resolves quickly, especially with 4-week kits.

  • Aging: Higher-quality kits (like Private Reserve and fuller-bodied reds) often need up to six months of aging to reach their best. Drinking too early can yield disappointing results — but patience will reward you.
