The ability to transition from a wine maker to having the wine made while I bottle, has been a great boon as my husband and I age. Thank you to all the staff. So very helpful. They even load the car for me when I can't lift. From the beginning many years ago now, Bonnie's expert advice made the difference for me in how to overcome a risk  to my health at that time, by cold stabilizing my own wine and she has always shared her expertise with ease and good grace. Went and bottled 30 bottles of strawberry wine. My order was on time and the appointment process to book for bottling was very easy. Day of bottling they were super friending and attentive. Answered any questions we had. They were never far if we needed them. The whole process was great. I bottled wine for a wedding so the kids and labels were given to me free of charge. Will definitely be back.
