6-Bottle Batch — Small Batch. Big Experience.

At Barley Malt & Vine, we understand that not everyone wants to make 30 bottles of wine at once. That’s exactly why we created the 6-Bottle Batch — a flexible, smaller-scale way to enjoy the full winemaking experience without the commitment of a full batch.

Every month, our team carefully selects two featured wines, giving you the chance to explore new styles, seasonal favourites, and exciting flavours in manageable, 6-bottle portions.

With a 6-Bottle Batch, You Can:

• Discover new wines every month

• Enjoy more variety and experiment with different styles

• Create the perfect amount for smaller households or special occasions

• Craft meaningful gifts for friends, family, or clients

How It Works

1. Choose Your Wine

Select one of our two monthly features — ranging from crisp whites and bold reds to fruit wines and seasonal releases.

2. We Craft It for You

Your wine is fermented on-site in our professional facility using the same premium kits and attention to detail as our full-size batches.

3. Bottle Your Creation

After approximately 4–6 weeks (depending on the style), you’ll return for bottling day. Our modern, easy-to-use stations make the process fast and fun — fill, cork, label, and top your wine in under an hour.

Batch Availability & Participation

Each 6-Bottle Batch requires a minimum of three (3) participants to proceed.

If the minimum is not reached for a selected monthly feature, that batch will not be produced. In this case, any customer who has prepaid may choose one of the following options:

• A full refund to the original payment method

• Store credit for future purchases

• Apply the payment toward another available product or batch

Customers will be notified as soon as a decision is made regarding batch viability. Subject to our Terms and Conditions.
