Each month, we hand-pick two featured wines for you to make as a 6-bottle batch. It’s the easiest way to discover new favourites without committing to a full batch.

How It Works

1. Pick one of our monthly features
   Choose from our two carefully selected wine styles — from crisp whites to bold reds, fruit wines, and seasonal specials.

2. We handle the fermentation
   Your wine is crafted on-site in our professional facility, using the same premium kits and care as our full-sized batches.

3. Bottle your wine
   After 4–6 weeks (depending on the style), return for bottling day. Using our modern, easy-to-use stations, you’ll fill, cork, label, and top your wine — all in under an hour.
