Eligibility
You must be of legal drinking age in your province, territory, or state to purchase alcohol-related products from our Website. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement.
Products and Services
We sell wine, beer, and neutral alcohol kits that may be purchased for at-home use or for fermentation on our premises.
Product descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.
6-Bottle Batch Participation
Certain products, including our 6-Bottle Batch offerings, require a minimum number of participants in order to proceed.
Each 6-Bottle Batch requires a minimum of three (3) participants to be produced.
If the minimum participation is not reached, the batch will not proceed.
In such cases, any customer who has prepaid for a portion of the batch may choose one of the following options:
– A full refund to the original method of payment
– Store credit for future purchases
– Application of the payment toward another available product or batch
Customers will be notified as soon as a decision is made regarding batch viability.
Orders and Payments
All orders placed through our Website are subject to acceptance and availability.
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout.
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated, and applicable taxes will be added.
Pickup
We offer local in-store pickup for online orders.
Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you once they are picked up.
Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted in accordance with Canadian consumer protection laws.

Certain items, including opened kits, fermented products, or customized labels, may not be eligible for return.
On-Site Fermentation
Customers who choose on-site fermentation services agree to follow our store rules and applicable provincial regulations.
You are responsible for bottling your product in compliance with Canadian law.
To ensure the best results and proper fermentation, we require that customers stop by the store to start their kits. Our staff will guide you through the initial steps, explain any required equipment, and provide instructions to safely and correctly begin the fermentation process.

All content on this Website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Barley Malt & Vine and is protected under Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
