Tasting Notes:
Bold and full-bodied, this Amarone offers rich aromas of dark fruit and spice. On the palate, expect cherry, plum, mocha, dried fruit, and warm oak, culminating in a firm, lingering finish. Ripe and complex, it’s a wine with high alcohol, low acidity, and exceptional depth of flavour.
Region & Winemaking:
Produced in Veneto, one of Italy’s most celebrated wine regions, Amarone grapes are grown in the Adriatic coastal plains, river valleys, and around Lake Garda. Protected by the Alps to the north, the grapes enjoy optimal conditions for producing concentrated, flavourful wines. The appassimento process, which partially dries the grapes before pressing, intensifies sugars and flavours, giving Amarone its signature richness.
