Top Shelf Spirits has been developed as a range of flavourings for your homemade distilled spirit, inspired by spirits all over the world. Each flavouring is beautifully presented in 50 ml (1.7 US fl oz) bottles.
Mixing instructions: Shake well and add contents to 2.25 L (76 US fl oz) of 40% ABV distilled spirit or vodka. Makes three 750 ml (25 US fl oz) bottles.
Ingredients: Flavouring, stabiliser (E422), water, colour (E150d) (sulphites), natural flavouring.

Makes a smooth, golden molasses-style rum flavouring, popular in the Caribbean. This premium flavouring brings the authentic taste of a dark rum to your homemade spirits.
Contents:
Each pack contains twin sachets, making 2 x 1.125 L (1.2 US qt) of flavoured dark rum.
Mixing Instructions:
Add the contents of one sachet to 1.125 L (1.2 US qt) of 40% ABV neutral alcohol.
Rinse out any remaining flavouring from the sachet with some of the alcohol.
Ingredients:
Humectants (E422, E1520), water, colour (caramel E150d, sulphites), flavourings (celery).
