“White Zinfandel is made from Zinfandel, a grape that is so dark it is almost black. An accidental experiment in the early 70’s gave us this wonderful pink spin-off off which took the wine market by storm back then and still holds its own today.
Soft & refreshing with a clean finish, this medium-bodied wine bursts with flavours of sweet plums & red berries.
The sweetness of White Zinfandel (about a 2 – 3 on the sweetness scale) means that it is a wine everyone will enjoy. Even people who insist that they only drink dry wines will not find anything to complain about with a glass of this pink beauty.
