Fast Turbo Yeast is specially formulated for speed without sacrificing quality. Capable of fermenting 6 kg (13.2 lb) of sugar in less than 24 hours, this yeast and nutrient mix is ideal for distillers who want quick, clean results.
At 20°C (68°F) fermentation completes in just 24 hours, and at 30°C (86°F) it’s done in around 22 hours. When paired with the T500 Reflux Condenser, you can expect yields of up to 3.6–3.8 L @ 93% ABV (186 proof), depending on whether you use Turbo Sugar or dextrose.
