France hardly needs an introduction. The French wine tradition harkens back to Roman times, and many of its grape varieties are now grown around the world. Most French wine styles have been developed to accompany food.

A broad variety of food pairing options are suitable. Beef, pork, chicken, and duck are all great proteins to pair with Vieux Château. For cheeses, we suggest manchego, white cheddar, or provolone. When cooking, choose herbs and spices like black pepper, oregano, rosemary, cumin, or coriander.
