We have the best wine kits in the world and we stand behind them.  When you buy our wine, we guarantee that you will absolutely love it or we will replace it with a kit of equal value or we will refund your money.

While no one likes ‘the fine print’, we must ask that you contact us within six months of bottling the wine.  If you make the wine at home, we need to have the wine box top with the code on it when you return the wine.

IF WE MAKE YOUR WINE in the store and you take it home and try it and you aren’t absolutely 100% happy with it, we will make another batch of wine of similar value for you or refund your money.  In order to take advantage of our 100% satisfaction guarantee, you must contact us within six months of bottling the wine.

We would ask that you bring an unopened bottle of wine in to the store so we can check to see if there is a fault with the wine or if it is a wine that just isn’t in your taste profile.  In this case we would ask that you return at least 24 bottles of your wine and we will make another wine for you.  We will also provide wine bags, corks, labels, shrinks or whatever is applicable to your order.

Please note that we cannot replace wine that has been discarded or drunk before you contact us.

We will also need you to bring in code off the top of the wine box.  You can either bring the whole box top or just the peel-off label.

A note about what might be ‘wrong’ with your wine  

Wine can sometimes go through bottle shock where it just doesn’t taste quite right for a several days or so after bottling.  This doesn’t happen often but it does happen.  In the case of ‘bottle shock’, or ‘bottle sickness’ as it is sometimes called, the wine will have a thin or insipid character with little or no discernible fruit.  If this happens with our four week kits, this generally goes away in a few days.

Also, our top quality Private Reserve wine kits and our fuller bodied reds often need a little more patience to achieve optimum aging.  It is something that you need to be aware of.....many of our wines need time, some as much as six months before you tuck in, so drinking them early can sometimes yield less than spectacular results.  Patience with these wines will reward you when you are able to enjoy the fullness and character of a properly aged wine.  Trust me – it’s worth the wait.

Fortunately, most of our wines are able to be enjoyed right away.
