Festa Brew New England IPA

Popularized by a legendary brewery in Vermont, NEIPAs are low in bitterness but have huge hop flavour. This golden-yellow beer is clean and flavourful. Flaked oats add body and a smooth creaminess. A generous portion of late-addition hops adds pleasing floral and citrus notes. This limited-release is a must-try for anyone who enjoys pale ales or big IPAs.

Dry-hopping is highly recommended for this style. We recommended 2 ounces of Amarillo, Cascade, Ekuanot, Galaxy, Mosaic, or Vic Secret.

This kit is a non-concentrated 23 litres of unfermented wort and makes 23 litres of beer.
