Festa Brew Kölsch

Crisp and dry with a gentle malt sweetness and light hop bitterness. Kölsch is a hybrid style, toeing the line between ale and lager. The delicate noble hops and pilsner malt offer that familiar thirst-quenching lager quality, but with more fermentation character thanks to the style-specific yeast.

This kit is a non-concentrated 23 litres of unfermented wort and makes 23 litres of beer.
